Yes, to permitted countries. Every order undergoes an export compliance check; delivery to sanctioned countries (e.g. Russia, Belarus) is excluded.

Corporations and registered merchants upload a commercial register extract; sole proprietorships and civil-law partnerships a business registration certificate (PDF/JPG/PNG, max. 10 MB).
